Individuals may send a check for three months or a year based on your best guess as to the number of foster children per day in your care, with a completed application form to Jim Mallon. The Check is made out to the United Foster Parents Of Canada Corporation.
However, we would prefer to have an entire FPA join and have the per diems deducted by the agency.
