Bursary & Youth Awards

FPSO is pleased to announce their Bursary & Youth Awards.

CRITERIA:

• Applicant must be a foster, adopted or biological child of a Foster Parent;
• Foster Parent(s) must be in good standing with FPSO; and
• Applicant must be attending (not applying to attend) a post-secondary institution for the term beginning January, 2011.

PLEASE SUBMIT:

• Proof of registration in post secondary institution for January 2011;
• An attached cover sheet with name, address, and telephone number of the applicant;
• Name, address, and telephone number of the Foster Parent(s);
• A maximum of two (2) typewritten pages by the applicant outlining their background;
• A letter of support must be provided by the President of the FPA/FFA) or any CAS agency worker involved with the child and /or the Foster Family; and
• Name, address, and telephone number of the FPA/FFA, or CAS Agency providing the letter of support.

PLEASE NOTE:

• An applicant may apply as many times as they wish, but may not receive a bursary more than twice.
  
• All information must be submitted by the applicant; 
• FPSO reserves the right to publish extracts from the background letter; and
• There are no limits to the number of submissions by an FPA/FFA, or CAS Agency.
